Hi, I'm Yanitsa.
With over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, I have partnered with leaders and organizations to shape people strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable change.
My expertise spans organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, organizational transformation, performance, and M&A integration. Throughout my career, I have built HR functions from the ground up, supported rapidly growing organizations, and designed people practices that scale alongside business needs.
I have played an active role in mergers and acquisitions, leading the people integration process and helping organizations successfully bring together teams, cultures, HR practices, and ways of working. Working alongside executive leadership, I have focused on maintaining business continuity, employee engagement, and organizational stability throughout periods of change.
I believe HR creates the greatest value when it operates as a strategic business partner rather than a support function. My approach combines business understanding, organizational thinking, and deep insight into human behavior to design practical solutions that strengthen both organizational performance and employee experience.
