We collect only the data you provide directly to us or that is generated when you use our services:

  • Contact information (name, email address) when you reach out via email or through the booking calendar.
  • Scheduling data (name, email, selected time slot) entered when booking a session through Cal.com.
  • Technical data (browser type, IP address) that may be collected automatically by Cal.com when you use the booking widget.

Why we collect your data

Your personal data is used solely to respond to your enquiries, schedule and conduct career consulting sessions, and communicate any relevant follow-up information related to those sessions. We do not use your data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) when you book a session, and on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) when you contact us with a general enquiry.

Cal.com

Cal.com (cal.com) is used to handle session scheduling. When you book a session, your name, email address, and scheduling preferences are processed by Cal.com under their own Privacy Policy (cal.com/privacy). Cal.com acts as a data processor on our behalf.

Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Email correspondence is kept for up to 2 years after the last contact. Booking data held within Cal.com is subject to Cal.com's own retention policies.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — you may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure — you may ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances.
